Reasons for high pressure alarm of computer room air conditioning

When the air conditioning refrigeration system in the data center room is running, the high pressure controller of the room air conditioning is set to an appropriate pressure value. When the high pressure value of the room specific constant temperature and humidity precision air conditioning reaches this limit during operation, a high pressure alarm is generated, causing the operation to stop.

At this point, if you want to restart the air conditioning compressor in the computer room, you must manually reset it. Before pressing the reset button, what we need to do is to identify the cause of the high pressure, so that the dedicated constant temperature and humidity precision air conditioning in the computer room can operate normally without any hidden dangers.

So what are the reasons for high voltage alarms:

(1) To readjust the set value to 350PSI and check the actual start stop value; (2) We need to discharge excess Freon refrigerant from the system and control the high pressure between 230psi and 280psi. (3) Clean the surface dust and dirt of the condenser in a timely manner, but be careful not to damage the copper pipes and fins. (4) Thoroughly check the static resistance and grounding resistance of the axial fan. If the coil is burnt out, it should be replaced. (5) To solve the power supply voltage problem here, it is necessary to install a grid stabilizer if necessary. (6) When there is a small amount of air mixed into the air conditioning system of the data center room, some gas can be discharged from a high position in the system. If necessary, the system can be vacuumed and filled with fluorine again. (7) We need to readjust the MINSPEED or F. of the outdoor unit V.S。 (8) If necessary, we need to replace the P66 speed controller.
