2. Santak UPS power overload: Check the load level and remove unimportant loads.
3.1 # Fault indicator light and 6 # light are on, and the buzzer keeps ringing: UPS has been shut down due to internal overheating. Ensure that UPS is not overloaded, ventilation openings are not blocked, and indoor temperature is not too high. Wait for 10 minutes for UPS to cool down, then restart. If unsuccessful, please contact the manufacturer.
4.1 # Fault indicator light and 5 # light are on, and the buzzer keeps ringing: UPS or UPS is closed due to internal faults, resulting in output short circuit,turn off the UPS, remove all loads, and confirm that there are no faults or internal short circuits in the loads. Restart, if unsuccessful, please contact the manufacturer.
5.1 # Fault indicator light and 4 # light are on, UPS beeps continuously: UPS shut down due to internal fault, please contact the manufacturer.
6.1 # Fault indicator light and 3 # light are on, UPS beeps continuously: UPS overcharge protection is activated, Santak UPS charger is faulty, please contact the manufacturer.
7. The mains power indicator light flashes: If the mains voltage or frequency exceeds the input range of the Santak UPS power supply (the UPS beeps twice a second and eight times in a row when turned on), the Santak UPS is working in battery mode. Save the data and close the application program to ensure that the mains power is within the input voltage or frequency range allowed by the UPS Connect the neutral and live wires of the mains power supply in reverse, and the Santak UPS power supply will call every two minutes: reconnect to ensure the correct connection of the neutral and live wires of the mains power supply.
8.1 # fault indicator light and the 2 # light are on, and the Santak UPS power supply keeps ringing: the battery mode UPS or load equipment is overloaded due to a fault. Check the load level and remove non critical equipment, recalculate the load power and reduce the number of loads connected to the UPS. Check if the load equipment is faulty.
9. The battery light flashes, the battery voltage is too low, or the battery is not connected: Check the battery part of the Santak UPS, connect the battery, and if the battery is damaged, please replace it in a timely manner.
