1. The UPS device switches from normal operation mode to maintenance bypass mode (taking the example of the UPS device directly using the plant DC power system to send to the transformer, the same below).
Disable the inverter; Open the UPS power switch on the 220V DC screen; Close the bypass switch; Disconnect the backup power switch inside the UPS.
2. The UPS device switches from maintenance bypass mode to normal operation mode.
Close the internal backup power switch of UPS; Cut off bypass switch: Close the UPS power switch on the 220V DC screen: Start the inverter.
3. Shutdown operation of UPS device (complete shutdown).
Disable the inverter; The inverter cut-off switch and inverter control switch must be pressed simultaneously. At this time, the static switch automatically converts the output load from the inverter to the backup power supply without causing output voltage interruption; Open the UPS power switch on the 220V DC screen; Disable the UPS power switch in the security section and move it to the maintenance position.
4.When the inverter and static switch in the UPS device need maintenance, and the bypass AC power supply is normal, it can be manually switched to the main bypass to supply power to the safety bus.
5. Power on operation of UPS device.
1) Close the UPS power switch of the security section, and the standby power supply and output LED lights up. The static switch circuit of the standby power supply already has power supply, and the output terminal also has power supply. There is power supply inside the inverter, and the fan starts to rotate.
2) Close the UPS DC power switch on the 220V DC screen, and establish the DC bus voltage through the isolation diode of the DC power supply.
3) Start the inverter. To start the inverter, both the inverter start switch and the inverter control switch need to be pressed simultaneously. After the inverter starts operating, it takes about 4 seconds for the inverter output to be established. After another 3 seconds, the static switch automatically converts the output load from each power source to the inverter output. At this point, the inverter has already started operating. Check if all LED indicators are correct, all warning LEDs on the panel must be turned off, and the inverter working LED on the panel must be on.
