APC UPS power supply cannot start up and run normally. APC UPS power supply engineer will explain how to deal with the inability to start?
1. It may be that the power switch is in the OFF state. Please confirm if the device switch is in the ON state. If not, please press the switch and hold it for at least 3 seconds.
2. Possible fuse (FUSE) open circuit, confirm if the load meets the rated capacity/replace with a fuse of the same specifications
3. It may be a power outage during communication, and confirm if the contact between the input power source and the socket is good.
4. Perhaps the battery is damaged and needs to be replaced.
5. If it is not the above problem, then it is a UPS malfunction and needs to be reported for repair.
