How to maintain the optimal temperature when UPS power supply is running?

UPS power supply operating environment temperature UPS head: generally, small UPS operates at 0-40℃, large UPS operates continuously at 0-35℃, and runs at 40℃ for 8 hours. However, the batteries used by UPS are very sensitive to temperature, and when the temperature exceeds 25℃, the battery life will be shortened by more than half. So it is best to use small UPS with built-in batteries at high temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius. In addition to regulating the ambient temperature through dedicated air conditioning in the computer room, the cooling of UPS hosts also requires adjusting the internal temperature.

In addition to cooling components such as fans and circuit breaker switches, a large number of solid-state electronic devices are also installed in UPS power equipment. Regularly clean the interior of the UPS host every day and check whether all small components are severely aged inside the machine. Replace the fan within three years and the capacitor within seven years. In addition, battery maintenance is also important. The working temperature should not be too hot or too cold, and only discharge once every 3-6 months to activate the battery charging function.

When using UPS power supply on a small scale, due to the lack of professional technical personnel to effectively manage and maintain the daily operation of the UPS system, the UPS power supply system is simpler and more convenient to operate and use, and the faster the response speed and service time of uninterruptible power supply manufacturers in maintenance services, the better.
