6. Abnormal handling of UPS devices.
1) UPS inverter cannot start, check if the rectifier has output (or if the 220V DC power supply has input); Check if the backup power switch of the UPS in the security section is closed; Check if the UPS output load is overloaded, and if it is overloaded, stop using some of the load; If none of the above devices have any problems and the inverter still cannot start, contact maintenance personnel to troubleshoot.
2) UPS inverter has no control power supply. Check if the backup power switch of the security section UPS is closed.
3) Abnormal “refers to an abnormal situation that occurs, such as overload, short circuit, high DC voltage, blown fuse, high temperature, opening or sudden stop of the bypass static switch, causing the inverter to lock. At this time, the corresponding abnormal signal light LED lights up and the buzzer beeps. Based on the abnormality displayed by each LED, the UPS is checked accordingly.” Output overload “means that the output load exceeds 110%, 125% or 150% of the normal value. Check whether there is a short circuit in the UPS output. If there is a short circuit, try to eliminate it in a timely manner. Check whether the load is overloaded. If overloaded, stop using some of the loads; ‘Abnormal backup power supply’ means that the AC input of the backup power supply is abnormal, because the size of the AC power supply exceeds the range or the frequency exceeds the range; Fuse/temperature abnormality “indicates that the inverter fuse is broken or the temperature is too high;” DC voltage too high “indicates that the DC voltage exceeds 285V, and the LED will light up. Low DC voltage “means that if the DC voltage is below 180V, the LED will light up; DC voltage low lock machine “means that if the DC voltage is below 165V, the inverter is prohibited from starting and the LED will light up.
4) Warning LED, when an abnormal situation occurs, the warning LED will light up for operators to check the error message represented by the LED. When it returns to normal status, the LED will turn off. These LEDs are placed behind the transparent window, and users can clearly see the light signal display without opening the door panel.
